Welcome to the Southwest Washington Coastal Data Portal.  The purpose of the Data Portal is to provide an archive and management system for coastal related data produced by a wide variety of studies and analyses over a period of several years. The site provides access to raw data files, processed data and analyses, reports and articles. The data include aerial photography, on-land topographic and over-water bathymetric surveys, wave, tide, current and other oceanographic measurements, boring and sub-surface data, river hydrology, and a variety of other data types.

There are 2 key components to the Data Portal:

Data Search and Retrieval
Using a series of hierarchical menus and drop down lists, users may search for all data types and data sets (including reports, graphics, images) contained within the Coastal Data Portal.  Most of the data that can be searched may be downloaded directly from this web site.  Click Here to Begin Data Search.

GeoData Viewing and Retrieval
Click Here to Start Geodata ViewerThe Coastal Data Portal contains a variety of geospatial data for Washington's coastal regions.  The "Geodata Viewing" link allows you to access and view the geospatial data directly in your browser without using separate GIS software.  Click Here to Go to GeoData Viewer.
