2.4 To identify from the USGS Erosion Study those areas where a cost effective solution to the erosion problem is not available.

2.5 To obtain baseline data for future study and analysis of the coastlines as the need may develop.

2.6 To acquire maps and graphic tools for understanding the coastal erosion and accretion processes and projections of erosion and accretion along the coastline.

2.7 To obtain from the USGS Erosion Study a report on an area-by-area basis (at least 9 separate areas) explaining the coastal conditions, and the likely impacts on the subject areas over time.
